Indianapolis Prosecutor Carl Brizzi (and Senator Jim Buck) wants to upgrade the feticide law we fought so hard for in 1997 and 98. November 15, 2007 --- URGENT ACTION ALERT: Help Protect Marriage in Indiana with a Constitutional Amendment
Please take the requested action. We recieved an urgent request from our friends Monica Boyer at the Indiana Voice for the Family and from Micah Clark from the AFA of Indiana. We have been laboring for years to get the State of Indiana to protect Marriage with a Constitutional Amendment. Many other States already have done so. Pat Bauer has been the main obstacle to allowing us to bring the Amendment to the Indiana House floor for a vote. Citizens of Community Values has continued to investigate alleged adult business ordinance violations and is renewing our call for officials in South Bend to enforce the Adult Business Ordinance as passed by the City Council in 2000, that places constitutionally valid public health and safety limitations on adult businesses.
